By the way - we just learned the New River is going to be closed to marine traffic all weekend for bridge repairs. That's probably a bit disappointing for our visitors. So much for sightseeing ...

New River will be closed to marine traffic at the CSX Railway bridge from 5am Thurs to midnight Mon to replace bridge span
