Staggering Solo Pacific Row Success After 209 Days!
(Because Crossing Atlantic Wasn't Hard Enough?)

"I did the Atlantic three years ago, and, not that I found it easy, but it didn't push me as far as I thought it would so I went out looking for a difficult challenge and I found one that was definitely what I was looking for." And that's how 53-year-old John Beeden became the first person to row across the Pacific alone and non-stop.

What an amazing feat and proof of a man's resilience, discipline and mental fortitude. We're so happy Mr Beeden made it across safely; hope he got more than those ginger biscuits as a treat.  Cheers to you, mate!
